Fabio: I nearly celebrated Rafael’s goal

Fabio Da Silva has revealed that he had to stop himself from celebrating his twin brother Rafael’s wonder strike at the weekend.

The left-back was ineligible to face parent club United when they visited Queens Park Rangers, where he spending the season on loan.

This is the first time the pair have been separated since arriving in England back in 2008, though Rafael has insisted they are coping.

Meanwhile, Robert Lewandowski’s agent has claimed that his client has made a decision regarding where he will play his football next season.

Bayern Munich are favourites to land the Poland International, though United are also in the frame having shown their interest over the last twelve months.

Elsewhere, Nani has reportedly been told to either sign a new contract worth £90,000 per week, or find a new club according to The Sun.

The Portuguese winger had apparently asked for a deal worth £130,000 per week, though the club have refused to budge on their original offer.

The 26 year old netted the winner in the 2-1 FA Cup fifth round win over Reading last week.

Finally, Michael Fornasier hit the only goal as United’s Under 21’s beat Liverpool at St Helens’ Langtree Park yesterday evening.
