FALCAO HEADS HOME

The Colombian attacker Radamel Falcao was initially signed by Manchester United on September of 2014 in a season long loan deal. The contract that was agreed had an option for Manchester United of turning that loan deal into a permanent one but that would only happen if Louis van Gaal and the supporters of the Premier League club were impressed by what Falcao managed to do during this season and it turns out that actually nobody was impressed by what Falcao did during his stint at Old Trafford.

In 26 Premier League appearances, Falcao managed to score 4 goals. This is a very disappointing statistic for a player who was once considered one of the top players in the world a few years ago when performing for the Spanish side Athletic Madrid.

Radamel Falcao is consistently being named as one of the worst players of the Premier League of this past season as the Colombian forward arrived to Old Trafford with a huge reputation and he was eager to defend it but it simply was disaster as Falcao just couldn’t live up to what was expected of him.

The Dutch manager Louis van Gaal wished Radamel Falcao good luck as he will be making his return to AS Monaco after his loan deal with Manchester United reached it’s end. The chances of him staying there are minimal, with Mocano looking to cut costs – we reckon that Real Madrid is a better bet, and if you click this code for a betting bonus, you can bet on it for free!

Louis van Gaal told ManUtd.com: “Falcao is a top professional and a good human being. On behalf of myself and everyone at the club I would like to wish him well for the future.”

Chris Smalling and Radamel Falcao each have scored 4 goals in this season and this shows just how dreadful of a season it has been for the Colombian player at Old Trafford as he has netted the same amount of goals as a defender of Manchester United.
